3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with access to Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

After your trial, you may choose a paid subscription plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected plan.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Create proposals containing defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate proposal content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and starting points
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all proposals before sending
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
  • You are solely responsible for all content sent to your clients

7. E-Signatures

The Service provides e-signature functionality for proposal acceptance. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

  • E-signatures collected through the Service are intended to be legally binding
  • You are responsible for ensuring e-signature compliance in your jurisdiction
  • We provide a record of signatures but do not guarantee their legal enforceability

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by GiveProps and protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIVEPROPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GiveProps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
